HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our standard order processing time is 5 working days however we often dispatch sooner than this. If you want to guarantee a faster dispatch, we offer a selection of dispatch options to suit your requirements. You can choose your preferred option during checkout.
Please note that all of our fabric items are handmade and during peak times we may need a little extra time to keep up with our stock levels. Therefore, if your order contains one of our fabric products please allow up to 10 days for us to make and deliver these.
MY ORDER CONTAINS A HANDMADE FABRIC PRODUCT. CAN I CHOOSE NEXT DAY OR EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Next Day Delivery is not available on our Little Dribblers, Little Teethers, Bib or Muslin Boxes, so if you have ordered one of these, please do not select this option during checkout. We also advise that you do not select express delivery for these products as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get these to you within the selected timeframe (although we will always try).
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you haven’t received your order in the expected timeframes please drop us a message with your order number and order date so we can check the status.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
We put a lot of love into our products and hope that you love them as much as we love making them. We do however understand that sometimes people change their minds so we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase. This doesn’t apply to any sets that include handmade fabric items such as bibs and muslins. Please see our returns policy for more details.
ONE OF MY ITEMS IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry to hear that you have received an item that isn’t working as expected. If this is the case then please drop us a message with your order number, order date and details of the fault and we can arrange a replacement.
I NEED MY GIFT URGENTLY, HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET IT?
We always process and dispatch our orders within 5 working days (please see the exceptions above for our handmade items) however if you need your item urgently then select one of the faster dispatch options during checkout.
I’M BUYING SOMETHING AS A GIFT, CAN YOU SEND DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
We absolutely can send your gift direct. You just need to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided during the checkout. If you are paying by PayPal please be sure to check the delivery address if correct on there too.
CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ITEM?
We love it when people purchase our boxes as gifts and are always happy to gift wrap your items – you just need to select this option when you are adding the item to your basket. You can also purchase a pretty 14x14cm gift card which can be personalised with a message of your choice. You can find the gift cards here.
