I am incredibly proud to share that The Little Peanut Company has been awarded Best Early Years Sensory Toy Company 2026 in the LuxLife Perfect Gift Awards.
As a small, family-run business, moments like this mean so much. When I started The Little Peanut Company in 2019, I wasn't setting out to build an award-winning brand. I was simply a mum who wanted to find meaningful gifts and toys that offered something more than the usual baby presents.
After the birth of my first child, I noticed that many gifts for new babies were often similar – clothes, comforters, and soft toys. While these gifts were lovely, I wanted to create something different: gifts that were not only beautiful but also supported children's development through play.
That idea became The Little Peanut Company.
Over the years, our range has grown from sensory play sets to include wooden toys, books, crafts, and educational resources, but our mission has remained the same. Every product we offer must have a purpose. We believe that play is one of the most powerful ways children learn, and we are passionate about helping parents and gift buyers find products that support curiosity, creativity, confidence, and development.
This latest award is especially meaningful because it isn't the first time our work has been recognised by LuxLife. In 2024, we were honoured to receive the award for Best Children's Sensory Toy eTailer. To now be recognised again as Best Early Years Sensory Toy Company 2026 feels like a wonderful acknowledgement of how far the business has come and the continued impact of our products.
